Srikanth gets together with Meera Jasmine


Rojakootam fame Srikanth, known for his soft and romantic roles, takes to action in his forthcoming release Jhoot. The actor has performed a few breathtaking stunts in the venture which is all set to hit theatres after Deepavali. 

Jhoot is a story of a youth, who comes from a village to the city and his encounters with an influential man and his encounters with him forms the rest of the story. A strong romance between Srikanth and Meera Jasmine is another highlight of the film. 

Following the success of Parthiban Kanavu in which he played the role of a matured husband, he takes up an action-packed role in Jhoot. The movie has Meera Jasmine starring opposite Srikanth. FEFSI Vijayan playes the negative role. Vivek's humour is another highlight of the movie. 

Music by Vidyasagr includes a couple of foot-tapping numbers. Azhagam Perumal, whose debut movie Dum Dum Dum was a big hit, wields the megaphone for Jhoot.
